Service Plan Add-Ons
Add additional forms to test for $10 per month for each form added.
Transfer your hosting to us and we will monitor it and notify you of any issues. This includes the cost of hosting, daily backups and an annual SSL certificate. Setup fees apply.
Additional work hours for content updates, fixes and other requests are billed at $115 per hour.
